What you'll do
We're looking for a data professional to support planning and performance tracking across our SaaS product lines. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of data analytics and business strategy. If you're strong both with numbers and handling stakeholders then you can really leave your mark on the direction of the whole organisation.
- Create bottom-up, data backed business models / scenarios for:
new initiatives
pricing changes
product bets - Partner with Product and Commercial departments
- Translate data into business recommendations and vice verse: translate business ideas into measurable, testable models and hypotheses
- Act as a front-end member of the Data team: define requirements, create MVPs as a base for production-level implementation
- Support planning & forecasting (revenue/ARR first, later on costs as well)
- Improve frameworks used for planning, forecasting and tracking initiatives (and SaaS metrics in general)
What we're looking for
Must-have:
- Excellent communication skills
- An ability to constructively challenge, poke holes, make your stand - but still remain helpful and supportive to stakeholders
- Ability to work with data on variety of tools (SQL/ dashboards / Excel)
- Experience in SaaS / tech
- Understanding of SaaS metrics:
ARR/MRR
CAC, LTV
funnel conversion - Strong business thinking (not just reporting)
Nice-to-have:
- Worked with product teams
- Experience in planning/forecasting
- Experience with financial modelling / FP&A
