About the Role
We're looking for a customer-facing technical expert who can combine technical presales, hands-on consulting, and advanced technical troubleshooting.
You'll work directly with business customers, partners, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to design solutions, deliver technical consulting services, and resolve complex technical challenges.
This is not a traditional support role. We're looking for someone who can independently represent the company in front of customers and deliver technical solutions end-to-end.
What You'll Do
Technical Presales
- Lead technical discovery sessions and product demonstrations.
- Act as the primary technical contact during enterprise sales cycles.
- Advise customers and partners on architecture, integrations, and best practices.
Technical Consulting & Integrations
- Scope and deliver consulting engagements and technical services.
- Design and implement API-based integrations and automations.
- Support migrations, onboarding projects, and customer-specific solutions.
- Contribute to proposals, effort estimations, and service descriptions.
Advanced Technical Support
- Own complex technical escalations and integration-related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
- Create knowledge articles, best practices, and technical documentation.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Solution Architect, Professional Services Consultant, Integration Consultant, or similar).
- Proven experience leading technical demos and customer discussions independently.
- Hands-on API and integration experience.
- Ability to design and deliver technical solutions, not only troubleshoot them.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in a SaaS or software environment.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with billable consulting or professional services.
- Cybersecurity or compliance exposure.
- Experience with SharePoint, SAP, Microsoft 365, or enterprise integrations.
- German language skills.
- Experience with document management or secure collaboration platforms.

Within your first year, you will be able to:
- Independently lead technical presales activities.
- Deliver consulting and integration projects end-to-end.
- Build practical API-based solutions for customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers and partners.
