In this role, you will work closely with the business and play an active role in shaping the development of our Swiss Post branches and self-service offers. You will help us drive forward digital solutions that combine customer experience and efficiency. 

 

How you make a difference 

  • As an ATM IT Business Analyst, you’ll work at the interface between business and IT and translate specialist requirements into feasible IT solutions. 

  • In a business-related cluster focussing on Swiss Post branches and self-service solutions (e.g. Postomats, My Post 24), you will accompany projects and services from the definition of requirements to their successful introduction. 

  • You will actively shape your role on the way to stable product teams and systematically advance topics such as digitalization, customer experience and retail and consulting business. 

  • Thanks to your holistic view, you will identify correlations early on and drive forward sustainable, future-proof IT solutions. 

  • You will take responsibility for projects, pilot projects and the evaluation of innovative ideas and implement them together with the team. 

  • In collaboration with various stakeholders, you will ensure transparency, structure and a clear basis for decision-making.  

 

What you have to offer  

 

  • You have basic commercial or technical training supplemented by further training in the field of information technology or business informatics. 

  • Several years of professional experience as a business analyst or project manager and a broad fascination with the IT environment. 

  • You have a keen sense of how to structure complex projects, develop viable solutions and consistently drive them forward, understanding ambiguities not as obstacles but as opportunities for optimization. 

  • You have experience with self-service ATMs and in-depth knowledge of the banking environment, as well as excellent skills in using agile methods safely and effectively in projects. 

  • Thanks to your independent, solution-orientated approach to work, your strong service mentality and your communication with the target audience, you also take on responsibility in complex IT landscapes. 

  • You have a good spoken and written command of German and good proficiency in English.

    • Gemeinsam mit der Teamleitung führst du ein Team von ca. 25 Mitarbeitenden in der Paketzustellung.
    • Als Führungsduo arbeitest du Hand in Hand und förderst die Teamentwicklung.
    • Du förderst den Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit im Team.
    • Mit deinem Team verantwortest du eine qualitativ hochstehende Zustellung.
    • Du übernimmst Führungsaufgaben (wie die Leitung von Teamsitzungen) und vertrittst den Teamleader während Abwesenheiten.
    • Neue Mitarbeitende integrierst du ins Team und unterstützt sie in der Einführungsphase.
