How you make a difference

  • You create structure and clear priorities within the DEX initiatives, develop a sound understanding of the digital user experience and consistently align the backlog with value generation.
  • By analysing data and feedback, you make the impact of initiatives transparent and develop them in a targeted manner.
  • You support initiatives from prioritization to implementation and ensure clear measurement of progress and success.
  • In close cooperation with IT, HR and other units, you translate requirements into feasible solutions, provide well-founded recommendations for action and play an active role in projects.
  • You support the development of a uniform, transparent working model (e.g. Kanban-based) and are involved in the further development of management, communication and feedback formats.
  • You develop and manage the digital employee journey – from onboarding to offboarding – and ensure that key touchpoints are prioritized and effectively improved.
  • You develop user-centric personas and ensure that they serve as the basis for decisions and prioritization.

What you have to offer

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification and have several years of experience in the digital employee experience or digital transformation.
  • You have already worked successfully in complex organizations and know how to work across different levels.
  • With your strong communication skills, you can win over stakeholders at all levels and integrate different interests.
  • You don’t just think conceptually, you actively ensure the implementation and visibility of the results. You are used to taking responsibility for implementing initiatives and making progress visible.
  • You are familiar with agile working methods, work in a structured and data-based manner, and quickly recognize relationships and derive specific actions from them.
  • You systematically use your knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research and usability to optimize the digital employee experience.
  • With your strong communication skills, you can win over stakeholders at all levels and integrate different interests.
  • You have good spoken and written German and good (oral) knowledge of English. Any other national language is an advantage.
