Do you want to build and run a platform that countless Swiss Post applications depend on every day? Our Integration Platform connects Swiss Post systems across streaming, API management, file transfer and IoT. With you, we ensure that our platform runs reliably, securely and on a solid cloud foundation. 
 

How you make a difference 

  • You build, run and continuously improve our workloads on AWS and Kubernetes (EKS), and you know what to do when something fails. 
  • In addition, you design and automate our infrastructure as code with clean modules and safe, traceable changes. 
  • You roll out changes via GitOps, making deployments reproducible and transparent. 
  • Along the way, you investigate issues end to end across networks, platforms and applications, making sure we learn from every incident. 
  • You keep our platform observable and stable with meaningful metrics, dashboards and alerts. 
  • Furthermore, you work closely with our platform and application teams, helping them move faster and get the most out of our Integration Platform. 
     

What you have to offer 

  • You have solid experience running workloads on Kubernetes, ideally EKS, including networking, ingress, RBAC and resource management. 
  • In addition, you bring hands-on AWS experience with VPC design, private connectivity (PrivateLink), IAM with least privilege and workload identity (IRSA or EKS Pod Identity), as well as KMS, Route 53 and load balancers. 
  • You have strong infrastructure fundamentals, including Linux, DNS, TLS/mTLS and load balancing, and you troubleshoot issues systematically from end to end. 
  • Furthermore, you have experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform or OpenTofu, and GitOps using Argo CD or Flux with Helm and/or Kustomize. 
  • You have experience with Prometheus, Grafana and alerting, are willing to take part in on-call and incident follow-up, and ideally bring automation skills in Go, Python or Bash. 
  • You have a very good spoken and written command of English and Knowledge of another national language is a plus.

If you bring a strong infrastructure foundation and are curious about Kafka, API management, GCP, Azure, FinOps, data platforms or connecting AI tools and agents to internal systems, we’d like to hear from you. We care more about how you think and how you learn than about a perfect keyword match.
