If so, the new Customer Experience ART in the Domestic Letters & Parcels cluster is just the right place for you. You help us to build an agile organization that you play an active role in shaping and developing right from the outset. 

 

How you make a difference 

  • As Scrum Master, you support our DevOps teams as a servant leader, empowering them to self-organize and to act with responsibility and initiative according to agile principles and roles. 

  • You promote a culture of continuous improvement and help teams to overcome challenges and obstacles successfully.  

  • Through regular dialogue with other Scrum Masters, you develop new ideas and promote collaboration across the organization. You can count on a committed community for specialist discussions and mutual support. 

  • As an agile leader, you create the optimal framework conditions to enable teams to deliver value-creating results and develop continually. Our agile coaches are on hand to support you if required. 

  • You acquire an in-depth understanding of agile development teams and support their development. 

 

What you have to offer 

  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile teams and organizations. 

  • Your in-depth knowledge and practical experience with agile frameworks set you apart; SAFe certification or relevant basic and advanced training is an advantage. 

  • You enjoy working in a team and have excellent communication skills, empathy and a good feel for people. You have a strong ability to coordinate and a forward-looking mindset. 

  • You have a flexible and independent personality and create a good mix of methodological stability and pragmatism with your solution-oriented approach. 

  • You have a very good knowledge of a first national language, both oral and written, and you have a good knowledge (oral B2) of German as well as English.

    Das kannst du bewirken

    • Gemeinsam mit der Teamleitung führst du ein Team von ca. 25 Mitarbeitenden in der Paketzustellung.
    • Als Führungsduo arbeitest du Hand in Hand und förderst die Teamentwicklung.
    • Du förderst den Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit im Team.
    • Mit deinem Team verantwortest du eine qualitativ hochstehende Zustellung.
    • Du übernimmst Führungsaufgaben (wie die Leitung von Teamsitzungen) und vertrittst den Teamleader während Abwesenheiten.
    • Neue Mitarbeitende integrierst du ins Team und unterstützt sie in der Einführungsphase.
    • Du gehst mit gutem Beispiel vor und unterstützt dein Team durch deine aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft.

    Das bringst du mit

    • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Zustellung mit und möchtest dich im Bereich der Führung weiterentwickeln.
    • In der Rolle als Vorbild fühlst du dich wohl und du hast ein Talent für Planung und Organisation.
    • Dein wertschätzender Umgang und deine Hilfsbereitschaft machen dich zu einem verlässlichen Rückhalt für dein Team.
    • Du bist körperlich fit und verfügst über einen Führerausweis der Kategorien B, du bist gewohnt, mit dem Auto unterwegs zu sein.
    • Dein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office zeichnet dich aus.
    • Sehr gute mündliche Deutschkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
