How you make a difference 

  • You identify business needs relating to everyday AI and translate them into concrete, effective solutions.  
  • As a lead, you manage sub-projects or work streams and ensure that goals, quality and impact are achieved. 
  • Your everyday work involves not only ensuring implementation, but also coordinating stakeholders from IT, specialist units, HR and governance. 
  • You design and run workshops, training sessions and events – both online and on-site. 
  • You empower employees to deal with M365 Copilot, AI use cases and new ways of working. 
  • You advise managers and project managers and provide them with support as equals. 
  • You ensure the sustainable adoption and use of Copilot through scalable formats and targeted measures. 

What you have to offer  

  • You have several years of experience in user adoption, modern work, consulting or digital transformation. 
  • You have a solid technical understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI principles, automation and agent approaches. 
  • You understand the Copilot ecosystem and the handling of data contexts in M365 (e.g. Microsoft Graph). 
  • Your strong communication, presentation and moderation skills help you to convey complex content in an understandable way. 
  • You find it easy to interact confidently with people at all levels – from staff to management. 
  • You naturally have an independent, impact-oriented approach to work and ownership. 
  • You have good spoken and written German and good (oral) knowledge of English. Each additional national language is an advantage.

    • Gemeinsam mit der Teamleitung führst du ein Team von ca. 25 Mitarbeitenden in der Paketzustellung.
    • Als Führungsduo arbeitest du Hand in Hand und förderst die Teamentwicklung.
    • Du förderst den Austausch und die Zusammenarbeit im Team.
    • Mit deinem Team verantwortest du eine qualitativ hochstehende Zustellung.
    • Du übernimmst Führungsaufgaben (wie die Leitung von Teamsitzungen) und vertrittst den Teamleader während Abwesenheiten.
    • Neue Mitarbeitende integrierst du ins Team und unterstützt sie in der Einführungsphase.
    • Du gehst mit gutem Beispiel vor und unterstützt dein Team durch deine aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft.
