You help us continue to shape Swiss Post’s digital workplace and ensure a stable, secure Microsoft 365 platform for our employees. You take responsibility for a central platform, share your ideas and actively contribute to Swiss Post’s digital transformation. 

How you make a difference 

  • You develop and operate the Microsoft 365 platform with Exchange, SharePoint and Teams as the central basis of Swiss Post’s digital workplace. 
  • You assume end-to-end responsibility for your services in the sense of Engineering & Operations – from design and implementation to stable operation and its ongoing optimization. 
  • You strategically automate processes with PowerShell, using Microsoft Graph to integrate and develop the platform. 
  • You ensure stable, secure and high-performance operation through monitoring, reporting and ongoing improvement measures. 
  • You bring your security and compliance expertise to the table and take responsibility for Microsoft Purview-related topics, such as classification, labelling and data loss prevention. 
  • As part of the product team, you play an active role in incident, change, release and lifecycle management and participate in the 24/7 on-call service. 
  • For complex 3rd level support issues, you help to shape sustainable solutions and actively contribute to the development of products and processes in an agile setup. 

 

What you have to offer 

  • You have several years of experience in the M365 environment, particularly in the area of Exchange, SharePoint or Teams. 
  • You have in-depth knowledge of PowerShell scripting and a strong affinity for automation. 
  • Ideally, you already have experience with Microsoft Graph. 
  • You have solid expertise in security and compliance, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Purview (DLP, labelling, classification). 
  • Your technical profile is rounded off by a good understanding of hybrid environments between cloud and on-premises. 
  • You also have experience in platform operation and a strong understanding of service and quality. 
  • You have very good spoken and written German and good (oral) knowledge of English.
