Are you interested in the strategic design of digital collaboration in a large group? Are you passionate about combining business needs and IT possibilities to create an effective product vision? In this role, you will have ongoing responsibility for Microsoft 365 as a central productivity platform for 50,000 users.  

You turn the digital workplace into a productivity platform for the entire Group. 

 

How you make a difference 

  • You are responsible for the products for digital collaboration within the Group and manage the strategic development of the platform in cooperation with Microsoft, the business units and IT. 

  • You also work in tandem with the M365 Product Owner in the Agile Release Train (ART) workplace and the Collaboration Topic Lead, develop the vision, goals and roadmap, and ensure coordinated prioritization with clear business and customer benefits. 

  • You ensure that digital collaboration for office and front-line workers functions in a user-oriented, pragmatic and effective manner. 

  • You also use data and key figures to manage the use, added value and development of the platform in a targeted manner and to make well-founded optimization decisions. 

  • You are responsible for security, governance, stability and compliance, and you create clear standards, transparent decision-making processes and accurate documentation. 

  • You drive automation and efficiency potential forward, integrate licensing and cost-benefit considerations into planning and work closely with stakeholders and User Adoption. 

 

What you have to offer 

  • You have several years of experience in product management or in a comparable role, where you were responsible for the entire product life cycle, including roadmap management and prioritization of initiatives. 

  • You also have a technical background or relevant experience in the field of IT architecture, enabling you to work as an equal with business, engineering and architecture. 

  • You have experience in agile working, ideally in the SAFe environment. You have a deep understanding of modern digital collaboration and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 or comparable collaboration platforms, or you are prepared to acquire this in-depth know-how. 

  • You impress with your strong stakeholder management, structured and pragmatic approach to work and analytical thinking in dealing with dependencies, risks, benefits and regulatory requirements. 

  • You use Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI tools confidently in your day-to-day work, understand their interaction with M365 data and you have a good written and spoken command of one national language, a good command (spoken B2) of german and have good (spoken B2) knowledge of English.
