You help us shape one of Swiss Post’s strategically most important security platforms. Together with your team, you implement one of Switzerland’s first public corporate Zero Trust Edge approaches and you work with the latest Cloudflare-based network, security and cloud technologies. 

How you make a difference 

  • As part of the Zero Trust Edge team, you develop, operate and automate Swiss Post’s Cloudflare-based central connectivity and security platform. 
  • Together with your team colleagues, you ensure that users, devices, applications and partners can communicate securely and reliably with each other at all times. 
  • Your wide-ranging area of responsibility includes the further development of network and Internet connectivity, DNS services and traffic management. 
  • You implement modern Zero Trust concepts and ensure secure access control and protection of applications, APIs and networks. 
  • By using GitOps, Terraform Enterprise and other automation solutions, you standardize and optimize operating procedures. 
  • You develop monitoring, observability and service liability on an ongoing basis, contributing to stable and efficient platform operation. 
  • Together with specialists from the Authentication & Authorization, PKI, Cloud, Security, Workplace and Architecture units, you ensure reliable 24/7 operation of a business-critical platform. 

What you have to offer 

  • A degree in IT forms the basis of your technical knowledge, complemented by a willingness to continue developing your skills. 
  • You have in-depth expertise in connectivity topics such as routing, DNS, proxy, firewalls or Secure Web Gateway. 
  • You have already dealt with modern security concepts and the basic principles of Zero Trust and would like to expand your knowledge. 
  • Ideally, you have experience with cloud and platform technologies as well as their secure operation. 
  • You are familiar with GitOps, infrastructure as code and automation, and you understand their added value for stable platform operation. 
  • Analytical thinking, pragmatism and the ability to explain complex relationships clearly help you to develop sustainable solutions. 
  • A good command of English enables you to work in an international technology environment; knowledge of German is an advantage.
