Automation Business Analyst

RPA and Microsoft Power Platform are an integral part of Swiss Post's digitization initiatives. Working with our internal partners, we develop future-oriented solutions in the fields of automation, analytics and artificial intelligence. You offer us additional expertise and a new perspective that will help us to enhance our automation initiatives effectively.
How you make a difference
- You are able to recognize automation potential while accumulating in-depth knowledge of our business processes.
- As the driving force for RPA and Power Platform solutions, you spearhead automation within our function units and help the Digital Lead to reach their objectives.
- Drawing on your expertise in RPA and Power Platform, you advise our partners on methodical and technical matters.
- You analyse customer requirements in a structured way, draw up process documentation and usage concepts, and ensure that solutions are economically beneficial.
- You create technical PoCs, coordinate the implementation of solutions and work with the developer team to keep stakeholders happy.
- You work on the “Citizen Development” enabling programme and you assist the central automation team (RPA & M365) with process and product improvements.
What you have to offer
- You have a degree in ICT, business information technology or business administration as well as several years of experience in IT consulting or business analysis, with a focus on process automation or process engineering.
- You have good technological knowledge of RPA, Power Automate and Power apps, and ideally some experience with UiPath and process mining.
- You have a highly joined-up mindset and analytical way of doing things, plus a solution-oriented approach.
- Your initiative and organizational skills help you to make progress in an independent, customer-focused way.
- You keep calm, even in challenging situations, you are a good team player, and achieving joint success is important to you.
- You have a good spoken and written command of German and good knowledge of English.

We offer a fair salary of between CHF 95'000 - 115'000 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply. In such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range
