Head of HR

We are looking for a Head of HR for the newly merged company, which will be formed from two Swiss Post subsidiaries in April 2026, in the Digital Business and Government Solutions unit. The merger combines two companies in the ERP municipal market from the German-speaking and French-speaking Swiss markets – with the aim of further expanding our position as an ERP provider for public administrations. The company will employ around 200 people at its sites in Baldegg, Sierre and Renens. As Head of HR, you are on the Executive Board and play an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the company and the HR department. You drive cultural integration forward purposefully and ensure our HR processes are professionalized on a continuous basis. Apply now and play an active role in shaping the future!
How you make a difference
- You develop and implement the HR strategy, which underpins our corporate goals in a targeted manner and actively supports the ongoing transformation.
- You lead a committed HR team and promote its professional and personal development.
- You ensure compliance with employment law regulations and internal guidelines and are responsible for the entire employee life cycle.
- You are responsible for merging and professionalizing existing and new HR processes.
- As a management sparring partner, you advise on complex issues relating to employment law, organization and strategy.
- You actively support cultural merging, reinforce a positive corporate culture and promote employee loyalty.
- You create a sound basis for decision-making for the Executive Board by reporting on and analysing employee key figures.
- You are the link to Swiss Post HR and ensure that Swiss Post's HR is firmly embedded in the subsidiary.
What you have to offer
- You have a degree in psychology, HR or business administration with a focus on HR – ideally supplemented by advanced training in change management or organizational development.
- You have several years of HR experience in a comparable position or as an HR business partner in a complex and dynamic environment.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Swiss employment law and a robust understanding of modern HR processes.
- You have impressive strategic thinking and analytical skills, as well as a strong focus on implementation in day-to-day operations.
- You set yourself apart through your independent, proactive and pragmatic approach to work and view change as an opportunity.
- You are highly capable in a wide variety of contexts thanks to your strong communication skills, empathy and intercultural competency.
- You have a very good command of German, English and French.
- You are flexible and enjoy travelling, as our locations are in Sierre, Renens and Baldegg.
