Power BI Specialist Customer Touchpoints

As a Power BI Expert, you enrich our team and take our data analysis and visualization skills to the next level. You are responsible for the design, development and optimization of Power BI solutions and enable employees to work with Power BI. You help us shape the Swiss Post of tomorrow!

How you make a difference

  • You analyse the needs of internal partners and develop user-centric Power BI solutions in relation to customer touchpoints.
  • You support Power BI controllers in optimizing framework conditions and share your knowledge of customer intelligence and marketing topics such as campaign dashboards and discovering third-party offers.
  • Working closely with data scientists, data engineers and internal and external staff, you advise clients and take on the role of advisor and expert.
  • You process large data volumes for visualizations in an efficient, sustainable manner and make them available via Power BI with the relevant stakeholders in mind.
  • You identify dependencies and potential in automation and AI, and develop forward-thinking, data-driven solutions.
  • You promote knowledge sharing within the team and ensure that support requests are handled efficiently.

What you have to offer

  • You have a university degree in informatics, business informatics or business administration.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the Power BI platform, including report creation, data models, data sources, DWHs, DAX calculations and data integration.
  • You optimize Power BI reports to ensure they run smoothly, even with large datasets.
  • You have experience with KPI dashboards on customer insights and significant experience in using Power BI with a range of data sources (e.g. AWS, Oracle, BW).
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau and SAP Datasphere is an advantage.
  • You have good proficiency in German and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.

We offer a fair salary of between CHF 98'000 - 113'000 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply. In such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range
