How you make a difference
- You implement the software development life cycle (SDLC) in the Logistics Services unit holistically and refine it on an ongoing basis.
- Working with the DevOps teams, you implement the toolchains for testing, deployment and software quality in a hands-on manner.
- You ensure that the toolchain meets modern requirements and that the processes for change, test, knowledge, deployment and release management are supported in the best way possible and continuously improved.
- You actively introduce new toolchain requirements and represent the interests of your team in discussions with the relevant platform teams.
- Using the toolchain, you provide the required technical key figures, analyse trends and use this information to draw up effective improvement measures.
- In close cooperation with the architects, the People & Transformation Lead and the Operation Stability Manager, you ensure the consistent quality and delivery capability of the organization.
What you have to offer
- You have a higher level of business management/technical education and advanced training in IT, development, requirements engineering or business analysis.
- You have several years of experience in developing and refining CI/CD pipelines in various development environments, enabling you to support our agile teams effectively.
- You are very familiar with the entire software development life cycle, from requirements engineering to developing, testing and operating IT solutions, and you have worked in one of these disciplines for several years.
- Thanks to your strong technical understanding and your analytical and conceptual skills, you can immerse yourself quickly in complex software landscapes.
- You interact confidently with decision-making committees and present your points clearly and effectively.
- You have a good written and spoken command of German, a good command (spoken B2) of a second national language and a good command (spoken B2) of English.

We offer a fair salary of between CHF 151'600 -166'600 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply. In such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range
