How you make a difference
- As Scrum Master, you support our Scrum/DevOps teams as a servant leader, empowering them to self-organize and to act with responsibility and initiative according to agile principles and roles.
- You motivate the teams to continuously improve and help to clear obstacles out of the way.
- You develop new ideas and improve collaboration within the organization through regular exchange with the other scrum masters. There is also a community available to assist with this.
- As an agile leader, you shape the environment of the teams so that they can focus on delivering beneficial results and continue to develop. You receive support from our agile coaches with this as needed.
- You develop a specialist/technical feel for agile development teams and support them along the way.
What you have to offer
- You have proven, multi-year practical experience as a Scrum Master in agile teams and organizations. Experience with Kanban, SAFe, and other agile frameworks is an advantage in the scaled environment of Scrum/DevOps teams.
- You are a team player with strong communication skills, empathy, and a good sense of people.
- As a flexible and independent individual, you use solution-oriented actions to create a good mix of methodological stability and pragmatism.
- Your coordinating skills and your ability to think and act with foresight are what set you apart. You also behave in an engaging and convincing manner and have a respectful approach.
- You have good spoken and written command of German and/or French and good knowledge of English

We offer a fair salary of between CHF 101'100 - 116'100 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply. In such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range
