Senior Analyst for Real Estate Portfolio

Do you have a flair for joined-up thinking and action, as well as a keen interest in the real estate sector? You help us create a holistic financial overview for our Post Real Estate function unit. The unit comprises around 1,000 staff and is tasked with providing all real estate-specific management and services for the other Swiss Post units and their 2,200 or so properties. Apply now!
How you make a difference
- In this function, you are responsible for the financial management of Swiss Post's real estate portfolio and for the technical management of real estate investment controlling.
- In doing so, you further develop portfolio controlling and define KPIs for management.
- With your flair for communication, you advise asset managers by providing analyses and developing suitable management measures with them.
- You also prepare specific analyses for Post Real Estate's Executive Board and Board of Directors.
- You work together with the Group's Investment Management team and ensure the smooth running of the interface.
What you have to offer
- You have completed Master's level business management training. Advanced training in the real estate sector is an advantage.
- You also have several years of professional experience in finance and real estate management. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Your key strengths are your joined-up thinking and actions, a solution-oriented approach and ability to learn quickly.
- You are proactive, work in a structured way and focus on achieving efficient results.
- Your confident manner and hands-on approach help you in communicating with your stakeholders. You also have a very good command of German and good knowledge of French.

We offer a fair salary of between CHF 113'300 and CHF 128'300 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply. In such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range
