Senior Business Engineer
70–100% (or job sharing), Bern and home office
As part of Informatics/Technology for Logistics Services, you work at the interface between CEP Mail Business and IT. In the FAM – Future Architecture Market – project, you develop future-oriented business architectures and play an active role in shaping the future of logistics.
How you make a difference
- You analyse strategy, business models, processes and products, identify change and innovation potential and use it to develop new or optimized business processes.
- Based on your insights, you develop specialist target visions, business capability maps and end-to-end processes that you convert into specific requirements.
- You carry out structured snapshots, recognize optimization potential (including data-driven processes and AI) and use this to develop viable and measurable target processes.
- You moderate the exchange between specialist units and IT in workshops and ensure a common understanding of the solution approaches.
- You design and model solutions, carry out design work and accompany the implementation through to go-live.
- Decision templates and profitability analyses (business cases) are created under your leadership and form the basis for strategic decisions.
- You develop and document requirements such as Epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, which serve as the basis for agile implementation.
What you have to offer
- Sound business and IT-related knowledge form the basis of your expertise.
- You have a deep understanding of CEP mail logistics processes as well as several years of experience in modelling and documenting business processes with ADONIS and business objects.
- You drive change forward with your strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as your creative mindset.
- You recognize the potential of artificial intelligence and use it purposefully in process design.
- Your strengths include communication and stakeholder management.
- You have mastered agile and traditional requirements engineering.
- You have a good spoken and written command of German and good knowledge of English.

We offer a fair salary of between CHF 130'065 - 145'065 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply. In such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range
