Technical Product Owner Point-of-Sale System

How you make a difference
- You are responsible for the vision, strategy and prioritization of our counter application (POS) – from the idea through to successful operation.
- You are responsible for creating and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring clear, value-oriented prioritization.
- In close cooperation with the Development team, you ensure that each implementation focuses consistently on customer benefits.
- You host workshops, reviews and discussions with stakeholders professionally and with a high level of transparency.
- You make targeted use of market trends and user feedback to continuously develop the product.
- You make bold, data-driven and thoughtful decisions, even in uncertain situations.
- Reliable stakeholder management helps you to manage priorities and expectations clearly.
What you have to offer
- You have basic commercial or technical training supplemented by further training in the field of information technology or business informatics.
- Ideally, you already have experience with point-of-sale systems and in the retail environment.
- You have several years of experience in software development as a product owner, business analyst, Scrum master or developer.
- You have knowledge of cloud infrastructures (e.g. AWS, CI/CD) and of using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- You also have in-depth expertise in agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) and, ideally, corresponding certifications such as PSPO.
- You are familiar with and enjoy working with international, hybrid teams.
- You have a very good written and spoken command of German, good proficiency in English and a basic knowledge of a second national language.

We offer a fair salary of between CHF 130'100 - 145'100 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply. In such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range
