Product Owner & Linux Engineer

How you make a difference
- In an agile scrum team, you take on the dual role of Product Owner and Engineer.
- You make an active contribution towards the vision, product roadmap and financial framework.
- Planning and prioritizing the team backlog and the definition of done fall within your brief.
- You are an essential part of the ART for PI Planning and you coordinate dependencies outside the team.
- As contact person in the product view, you maintain relationships and coordinate cooperation across team boundaries.
- With your commitment, you drive the automation of Swiss Post forward with the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
- You assume responsibility for RHEL engineering in a hybrid cloud environment (on-premise, AWS and Azure) as well as further development of the HashiCorp Vault platform.
What you have to offer
- You have completed your training in informatics and have experience as a Product Owner.
- With your experience in agile development (SAFe, Scrum), you handle everyday tasks in a structured and efficient manner.
- You have in-depth expertise in Linux engineering in an enterprise environment and you have expert-level proficiency in Ansible.
- You have extensive knowledge of AWS and Azure Clouds as well as Terraform and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Analytical thinking, strong contemplation skills and a solution-oriented approach to work are your key strengths.
- As an open person who is willing to learn, you contribute new ideas and enjoy taking responsibility.
- You have a good spoken and written command of German and good proficiency in English.

We offer a fair salary of between CHF 110'000 - 125'000 per year (100% employment level), depending on experience and skills. Talented people with different skills are also welcome to apply. In such cases your salary may be slightly below or above the range
